CREAMY LEMON AND GARLIC CHICKEN PASTA
This super yummy dish is the first dish I ever made shaun. 25 years later and they all still love it. Pan fried chicken breast, hints of garlic, lemon, thyme sauteed in creamy parmesan sauce (or shaun likes it with a sprinkle of chilli flakes).
The Bow tie pasta is super cute and even tastes amazing the next day for left overs.
This one is a winner at our house.
